毕少兰,中国科学院知识创新工程二期和三期首席研究员,现为北京师范大学天文系教授、博士生导师。获得了2003年度云南省青年科技奖(排名唯一)和2004年度云南省科学技术奖励自然科学类二等奖(排名唯一)等奖项,2005年度入选中国科学院“西部之光”人才计划。
